We are high school students from Sunnydale who are concerned about the lack of safe drinking water in many communities. Through our research and discussions, we learned that many families still use water without knowing if it is safe. This made us realize that even as students, we can take action and try to make a difference.
We later brought together our interest in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering to work on practical solutions. Through our nonprofit initiative, we are developing simple water purification methods, while also collecting and testing water samples to check their safety. At the same time, we run awareness sessions to teach communities about the importance of clean drinking water and safe practices.
Alongside our fieldwork, we are also conducting research and testing at North South University. This helps us make sure our work is accurate and based on proper scientific methods.
By combining technical work with community education, we aim to create real impact and help people make safer choices about their water. What started as a small student effort is growing into a project focused on making a meaningful difference.
